About Pashmak
Pashmak is Persian cotton candy: sugar spun into threads so fine that they turn soft. We liked the name, and it fits the way we work. Lots of small pieces, handled by the same few people, until they hold together.
We're a small team. We design and build web products, then run them on servers we operate in Iran, and our monitoring watches every public service we run. When something needs attention, the person who answers is someone who worked on your code.

How we work
- Servers we run ourselves
- Your product runs on servers we set up and look after ourselves, not on a platform you can't see inside.
- Private by default
- Your data stays on servers we can see and secure. We don't add third-party trackers, and there are no surprise terms.
- Built to last
- We build for the version you will still be running in three years. That means code someone else can maintain, and infrastructure that is written down.
- No middlemen
- You talk to the people who build your product. The same small team answers for the design, the code and the server it runs on.

If you see "Powered by Pashmak" at the bottom of a product, we designed it, built it and run it. We answer for the app and for the servers under it, and we keep both looked after.
